Thematic Classrooms and 2.0 Education at Saint Denis Middle School

Saint Denis Middle School organizes classrooms by subject: each classroom is dedicated to a specific subject and the teacher for that subject occupies the room. Students move from one room to another based on the scheduled lessons.

Key benefits compared to a traditional school layout:

  • finding all the materials needed for the lesson in each classroom;
  • the opportunity to change learning environments, which improves attention, concentration and organizational skills;
  • encouraging respect for shared spaces, materials and furniture, fostering responsibility and time management.

Digital Learning

At Saint Denis Middle School, students learn through a mix of traditional and innovative teaching methods.

Each student is given a tablet to use exclusively at school, complementing (but not replacing) the textbook, which remains central.

The blended teaching methods bring multiple advantages:

easier personalized learning with teacher support when needed
greater control over the learning experience for students
engaging and interactive digital resources that enhance the learning experience
